Global file type find and convert?

Is there a way to search my whole library for all tracks of a specific format and convert to another format in one swift operation?  Right now I'm going through my library album by album and, as I'm sure you can imagine, it's a pain.  MC 17.0.189.

This smartlist shoes all my APE files:
[File Type]=[ape]

Just edit the ape part using the list of checkboxes.

Also, you might give MC21 a look.

Thanks, Matt!  That's great!

I've been checking out the new versions when they are released, but I haven't seen anything that justifies the price for me, personally.  17 currently suits all of my needs.  I suspect I will upgrade at some point.
