I've only recently installed a 9.1 beta so I only recently ran into this...

Somehow my "default image" (the surfing jukebox) went missing in the upgrade.  Everything else I'ved tried has worked fine but w00t (3D Vis.) crashes on me.

If the track has an image associated with it everything seems to work fine.

Anyhow, this clearly isn't a showstopper, but you might want to take a look at what happens in 3D Vis when the default image can't be located. (Bonus points for anyone who can help me find out where the image went to begin with).
