MC11- system modal focus grabbing dialog

XP SP2, MC11 .162

The "Saving Tag Changes" dialog box appears over the top of any other application, even when MC is minimized (eg. doing something else while MC converts a batch of files).  The dialog usually only displays for a second or two, but at this point focus has been taken from the application which had it.  I believe I've seen other dialogs from MC exhibit similar behavior, but the saving tag changes is the only one I'm certain of right now.
