How do I "batch convert" retaining tag info etc?
« on: July 30, 2010, 02:40:20 pm »

I use a netbook and am in the process of ripping cd's (flac) to an external drive. Progressing nicely. I then want to make mp3 copies (so they will fit) onto my netbook's hard drive.
I know how I can do this with individual files but I would like to "batch convert" retaining folder (album) info, artwork etc.
ie. so they are listed as per the original albums rather than a massive string of files (tracks).
How do I do this?
Thanks,
Andy

You can treat a directory on your drive as a handheld.  Just set it up under Handhelds in options.  Then you can sync to it.

Try a few before you do very many.
