I have several video files on MC server, all of which show thumbnails when I view them. I have an MC Client connected to this Library Server and several types of video files (.WTV, .TS, .AVI) show the thumbnails. .3GP files, however, show a generic icon instead of the thumbnail. What could be causing this?

I notice that the auto-import config has a checkbox for "Build Thumbnails" but I'm not sure what this does. Obviously my video files (including the .3GP files, if viewed from the server) have built files even without this checkbox checked.

This is becoming a pretty big problem in the household. All phone videos are just random numbers and there's no way to tell what's in them when browsing. Any ideas? Thanks.
