[EDIT by JimH -- Build 94 or newer is now available at the top of this board.]
Sometime this week, we will release a new build (86 or greater) that has some radical changes. It removes the last of MFC (Microsoft Foundation Classes), the building blocks of most Windows programs.
More discussionThis is good, since other operating systems don't support MFC.
But it's not all good. There are two reasons.
1. We've already found and fixed some, but there may be some new problems that we don't know about yet.
2. There are several areas that we have left out for now. These are line in recording, Menalto, and mini skins. We know these may be important to you and we're sorry if it's inconvenient. These _should_ return, but if they are critical to you, don't update to the new build for now. Wait to see when they get fixed.
We're getting close to our goal of being able to provide JRiver Media Center on other platforms. We appreciate your patience in this process.
