unable to determine os
« on: July 13, 2004, 04:48:38 pm »

Trying to install ICE.TCP Pro on XP machines. When running config, some give OS error and some don't. I am installing as admin on each machine. Any workarounds for this?

Thanks

Are there any ideas out there. I still get the error "ConfigWizard could not determine the operating system you are using." Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Are you running the current version?

Got it. I was using an outdated configwiz. It works for 98 but not xp. Used a new configwiz and all is well. Thanks for the input.
