How do I get DEJAWINT telnet client to use a different tcp port ?

All supported versions have a port number in the "ICE Select Host" box. If you don't have one of these, see:

-p=port in a shortcut (put on the desktop)

You REALLY should upgrade to a 32 bit version. The 16 bit emulation in newer versions of windows is not terribly reliable.
