lost license number

Several years ago my company installed the ice.tcp pro server software on one of our machine, but that machine has long since died. Now I'm replacing an old machine, and have no server to get the license from. I went to install the server software on another machine but haven't got the license info. The person that would have been in charge of doing this from several years ago is gone, so I can not get the original license code.

The register site will not let me use my serial number again.

Does anyone know how I can get a replacement certificate code?
