Expanded printing options to Normal/Raster/Direct
Raster printing provides support for many winprinters, this includes emulation of condensed printing via the standard line printer condensed print codes. Some tuning of the print width and height is available via special .ini file variables.

Won't split lines with copying text when no selection is hightlighted

Changed Installshield to produce a 32bit setup.exe (was preventing install of PLUS on some machines).

Fixed problem in ssh protocol that was preventing a successful login on  SCO OpenServer 5.0.7 machines with stock SCO sshd version 3.5.x. Some SVR4 based machines with similar versions of sshd were also affected.
