I am having a problem loading icelp on ice.tcp (NOT pro or plus) on a Windows XP PRO machine. When i run SETTCP and put in the UNIX Printer Name and UNIX Spool Directory (and others) and then click save, and get out of it and go back into it the Unix Printer name changes and the Unix Spool Directory changes. The settings are saving. The other problem is that when I click on icelp i get an error that "/hplaserjet1100/icelp_jobs does not exist in 'IP address of server'. Please specify the unix spooler directory and printer name in control panel" ? (where IP address for server = my actual ip address for my server). Please let me know what is going on here.

Not much I can tell you as you are running an unsupported 16 bit version.

If the settings are not being saved you probably don't have permissions to write to the icetcp.ini file in the windows directory.

The "error that "/hplaserjet1100/icelp_jobs does not exist" message probably refers to the icelpd daemon not being setup on the unix side or the spool directory being wrong.
