I am trying to connect a new user.  I install the software  on user's computer.  Run configwizard and when  I try to connect,  I get a error "can not open new sesson, please run configwizard.  I have run it multiple times.  It wants to send feedback to jriver when I close the application.  What is the problem?

Are you running a current version (>5.0.80 if using 2k or xp)??
If not, you need to update.

Also, you cannot use an old license server (<5.0.81) to get a license for a newer version. You MUST update the server in this situation.

If these are not the cause of your problem, you should check into the XP permissions. You cannot run as a limited user.
