Ucopy-Folder copying
« on: June 10, 2005, 10:48:31 am »

we are migrating from the local unix server to a remote MS server running V.A.M. My task has been to retrive all the info from the ICE-TEN sever which has turned out to be long and draw out.

My question is . Is there a way to just let Ucopy transfer everything DIR's and all.

Running version 5.37b

Sounds like you have a hyper old UNSUPPORTED 16 bit (dos?) version.

You might be able to zip the files into an archive on the unix box BEFORE trying to transfer.
or you could use ymodem protocol (if your version has it) to move multiple files.

What kind of Unix box? You may have other non-serial based options.
