Unfortunately, Rover has been discontinued quite a long time ago, thus we no longer provide support for the product. The Rover program was only designed to run with OS's and Internet Explorers with version that are now quite old, so it is not surprising that Rover does not work with any recent versions of IE or on current OS's.

Sorry.

Are you actually getting THE FOLLOWING as part of your error message?

C:\PROGRAM FILES\ROVER\ROVER.EXE

If so, use add/remove programs to uninstall internet rover.

If not, you are just seeing a generic error for some program that has crashed on your machine and rover most likely isn't installed so has nothing to do with your problem.
