Hey folks,

I'm new to this program (and to be honest terminal emulation).  I have one user who has found a way to turn off caps within ICE, TCP.  She's using VT102 emulation.  Basically she can be in the middle of entering data and the program stop typing in caps and switches to lowercase(although notepad and wordpad still type in caps outside of ICE and the caps lock key remains on).  I have done the folowing to insure that it's not the machine or the operating system:

1.  Switched the keyboard
2.  removed the application (completely) and reinstalled it.
3.  Moved the user to another physicall machine.
4. Had the user log onto the machine as another user
5.  Had hte user log into the ICE client (dejavuwin) under another login.

Does anyone have any thoughts on how ot track this one down?

Interesting...

If it's an older version it's possible that the user is doing a control-tab out of the application and back and getting that behavior. I don't think one could do that in the current version.

What is the build? (Help->About Dejawin)
