SCO Openserver 5 disconnects on new VPN circuit
« on: August 04, 2013, 03:57:00 pm »

Hi,

We use ICE TCP PRO to connect to our SCO Openserver application located in our corporate office from our 4 branches.  We just tried to switch over to new, faster circuits at all branches with a new VPN set up (which hasn't showed any problems other than this one) and once we did, the users started dropping their connections every 2 to 30 minutes sporadically.  We moved back to the old circuit and it was fine.  Everything else but this application works fine on the new VPN however.  Is this something that the ICE TCP PRO keep alive setting could help with or any other suggestions?  Thanks

Yes, the keep alive setting should help.
