Hi,  I have older version of ICE-TEN 4.7 32 bit.  and I am using it on Windows XP.  I have been using it on WIndows 98 and it has been working fine.  Since changing it to Windows XP  the printing has changed some-  I can print normally fine but when my print job needs to be compressed to 17  it only prints half-way across the page.  It completes the job fine but only half of the line and then it starts the next line.  Got any ideas?  Thanks Lisa

If the printer is directly connected to the PC via a parallel port the most foolproof solution is to use direct print. If your version doesn't have that (it's in local print setup) you will have to update to the current version.
