Hello

I have downloaded a copy of ICE TCP-PLUS demo.

But I have hit two problems, while installing the software it asks for location of the configwizard. Despite searching for it I cannot find this file.

So I opted to not configure the wizard and continue with the install,. Hoping that later on this can be done. Once the machine was rebooted I went into the ICE TCP-PLUS  demo Telnet Pro program.  When trying to add an hostname to telnet to. The following error appears

Initialising copy protection failed(2,0)
Please run ConfigWizard

Any ideas?

You installed the ICETCP Pro Trialware (Demo) product instead of ICETCP Plus. These are two separate products. Go to the jriver.com website and look for the Plus Trialware.

Plus will not ask you for for Configwiz, it merely asks you for a sequence number (you put in 1), then you can run the demo for 30 days.
