Error message on ICELP

Our system gets daily error messages in which ICELP freezes and gives this message:
Unix Host 159.250.1.205 Does Not Reply
Or Wrong Socket Number 2346
For ICELPD. Terminating ICELP
During the afternoon the system freezes constantly and shuts down the telnet pro application that we use ICELP to operate. What is causing this to occur and how can we correct it so that we don't have the constant interruptions?
We are running ICE.TCP Pro Version 5.1.30

If you aren't actually using ICELP you don't need to start it.
Also, it's operating on a different port than TelnetPro and it's a separate program so you shouldn't be seeing any interaction between the two.

If the system is freezing I think it's likely you have a hardware problem. TelnetPro and ICELP are incapable of freezing a windows system by themselves.
You may also have a virus, this can cause pretty random behavior. A good sign that you have a virus is heavy disk and or cpu activity even when you are doing nothing in particular.
