Banker will not completely load up only on one user computer.
« on: January 03, 2008, 02:28:40 pm »

I have a user computer that everyday when she goes to sign in, the banker screen sits on the black screen. If this user logs off and another user log on the same computer the other user can open banker just fine. After the other user logs back out and first user can now open banker just fine but for only that one day. Both are administrators on this computer. Any help would be appreciated.

Never heard of "Banker" before. Doesn't sound like it has anything to do with ICE.

If you ARE running ICE to access this "Banker" the problem is very likely on your unix side, perhaps they have to use different login accounts or maybe "Banker" can only be run by one user at a time (not multiuser).

The final possibility is that both PC's have the same IP address (would have to have been manually set).
