Creating a new Windows profile
« on: September 12, 2008, 09:48:32 pm »

I have a user with the current software on their machine:
ICETCP Vr 4.4
Emulations Vr 7.09b
Windows Interface Vr 7.02a
Windows XP Pro SP2

Before we started the cliet's desktop machine had a static IP address and was part of a workgroup.  He has a dejawint link on his desktop and before making any changes that link worked fine.  We then renamed his computer (restarted the computer) joined it to a domain (restarted the computer) and set his computer up to use dhcp.  When we log on with his new domain account I copied all the desktop information from his old profile to the new one.  However, when he clicks the link for the dejawint he gets an error message that says the company name can not be found.  If we log back on with his local account (the one he was using before any changes were made) the software works great.  Is there is registry key or folder that also needs to be moved over to his new profile to make this work or is there something bigger going on here?

Is there a build number of 4.4 ??
What version is on the CD?
When approximately did you get it?
Has it ever been updated?
