downloading ice.off.site

When I try to download ice.off.site, I get the following from Norton Antivirus:
Attempt to connect to local computer using the Sokets de Trois V1. Trojan Horse, Blocked.
I got this two nights in a row.
I did recieve an email from you giving me the serial number of the product, but I never got to download.

Sounds like your side can't handle the ftp transfer properly.

Why only from your site? I have no problem downloading software from other sites.
