When I am installing TCP-Pro, I get an error in Configwizard. Error accessing sequence number from licence file. Any ideas? Could it be out of licences, if so, how do you check the number of licences being used?

Either that or you are not putting anything in the comment field. Check this thread:
http://yabb.jriver.com/ice/index.php?board=2;action=display;threadid=12
You can run licenseadmin on the machine with our license server to see if you are out of licenses.

I have 3 available licences. You suggested checking the thread, what does that mean? and how do you check this?

Just click on that link.
The gist of it is that you have to put something in the comment field.
