Version: 5.1. 25
OS: WinXP SP 2
First - thank you for bringing out this latest version. It addressed an issue with "Print Screen" in prior version.
Now however my users are complaining that though they can print screen they are given no choice of the number of copies. [They may need to print 3 copies of a screen for each customer. Needless to say this adds up.]
I have tried:
Edit > Select All > File > Print > Selection & Number of Copies 2. This prints two blank pages.
Tools > Macro Editor > Record Macro and then chose "Print Screen" . Idea being I could then set the macro to a key combo and users could then print at will. The macro records nothing as I suspect there are no calls to the running unix program.
Users are mixed from some that print to a directly attached laserjet 1300 and others that print to linux printers via samba.
Any suggestions - pointers?
Please note: in the latest version when I choose File > Print Setup and the Printer box comes up, on exiting my background colours are changed. I then have to exit and re-enter. I have seen this on XPs and W2Ks.
Thank you,
Peter Brown
