Function keys not working on ice.ten 4.7.14

We recently replaced a several windows 98 computers  that were running ice.ten 4.7 with new computers running XP - When I installed the trial version of ice.ten (4.7.14) the function keys do not seem to work - I have double checked all of the settings (i.e. parity, Xon/Off, etc)

Any ideas?

Check the terminal type. It's most likely wrong if the function keys don't work.
