What happened to my MC 19 video files and how do I get them into MC21

It seems that none of my MP4 files from MC 19 are showing up in MC 21. How do I get them back as they still work in MC 19. I want to upgrade to Win 10 but I need to ensure that all files are working in MC 21.

The general answer is to do a Library Backup, in MC19, and then a Library Restore in MC21.  That should get everything media wise:  Audio, Video, Images, etc.  It should get just about every setting also, minus a few.
