File Naming of Recorded TV Shows/Series
« on: September 16, 2015, 06:18:29 pm »

I have a question that may have already been covered but I cannot find a helpful response.

When MC records a TV series episode, it does not name the file with the Series_name.SxxEyy.Episode_name.File_extension where xx is the Season number and yy is the Episode number.  Can this be corrected or do I have a setting incorrect?  I would think that MC would name the file with this convention automatically.

It does if it knows the season and episode info.  You will need to check you guide data to see if that info is provided.
