JRiver not play internet radio stream ogg and opus

Hy to all. On Windows 10 Build 10240 (x86 and x64) JRiver not play online radio stream  ogg file and opus file .If use ogg vorbis  or opus file  from my HDD play on JRiver.Latest version of JRiver  that can play internet stream ogg file is 20.0.100.With latest version 21.0.7 opus file and ogg file radio stream not work.Example of opus radio stream  http://dir.xiph.org/listen/3287038/listen.m3u and ogg radio stream  http://dir.xiph.org/listen/3281585/listen.m3u
