Doctor Who? What?

At the bottom of my Smartlists is a small read icon and "Doctor Who".  What is "Doctor Who" and what is it for?  I can't see to delete it.

Doctor Who is a playlist sharing feature.  Details:

As far as I know, it does NOT work on MC for Mac yet.  You can turn it off in Tools > Options > General > Features > Doctor Who > (uncheck)
