Future addition of Accurate Rip?
« on: September 07, 2003, 01:22:20 am »

Just wondered if you were aware of the Accurate Rip project (www.accuraterip.com). It compares rips between people to give you that extra peace of mind. Of course, the drive offset is needed first, and that is found using one of the 'key discs'.

It is run by Spoon at dBpowerAMP, and is currently being incorporated into EAC.

Are there any plans to add this functionality to MC9?

Cheers

Thanks for the heads up.  Maybe we'll incorporate it in version 10...

It would be very cool.

Until now ,was a problem with countrys == the same cd made in US and UK ,or France was not see as the same.

Next beta will fix it.
The data needs to grow of cause. And a pity that you cannot include it faster than in 10 , cause look like MJ/MC are heavy" riper"

Actually, it would be great if this could be incorporated into FreeDB too.

But that's getting ahead!
