Doctor Who doesn't recognize my email and password

Does it use a different one than I have always used for JRiver? I have tried to reset the password but says I have an invalid email which is not the case.

You need to sign up separately from the forum. The two accounts are not linked.

Look in the top left of the Dr. Who page for the "Sign in / Sign up" links.
