JRemote "refresh" files from music server
« on: October 23, 2015, 02:34:36 pm »

Is there a way to "Refresh" the server so when you open JRemote it has the most updated albums you've added to MC? I have a weird issue with duplicates. For example - I had an mp3 version of the album "Wild Honey" by The Beach Boys in my media server library. I recently purchased the 24 bit remaster. I went to Media Center and deleted the mp3 version of "Wild Honey" from the server. I didn't physically delete the files. They were no longer to be seen in Media Center. Then I loaded the new 24 bit version and they show up fine in MC. But when I go to my iPad JRemote app and scroll to the artist or album (search currently doesn't work on the ipad version) and go to the Wild Honey album - it still shows the old album. And doesn't show the new 24 bit version?

Any thoughts on this are appreciated.

Thanks,
Spence
