Play trailer directly from Movie location

Hey all.

I have a field "Local Trailer 1" which I think is a stock field.  I do tend to download and keep HD trailers for my movies.  Is it possible to "Right Click" on a movie and somehow get it to play the trailer I input into this field directly in some way?  Rather than having to change screens over to the "Trailers" folder?
