The Control Bars for the TrackInfoTemplate area are way too sensitive to appear when set in Auto-Hide or AutoHide (resize).

Just quickly moving my mouse across the screen, and I mean quick and the ControlBar appears and then takes a while (forever...) to hide again.

Can the sensitivity for un-hiding be made less sensitive?  I'd like to move my mouse around the screen and not have the ControlBar unhide unless I deliberetly mean to have it unhide?
