Decipher log file
« on: November 23, 2015, 07:16:26 pm »

After running an import and generating a log file I am a bit stumped to decipher the results.  There were some 400 files that are 'damaged' and not imported. I would like to find these in the log, delete / re-rip the CDs, and get the library in order.

1: Is there a list of log error codes and what they mean posted anywhere in the forum?
2: How are bad files indicated in the log?

Thanks!

If memory serves, you can run a manual Auto-Import, and when the results are displayed with summary information, there is a "Details" button which will show all the details including the file names and locations for all bad files.

Of course, memory may not serve...
