I am trying to make a smartlist for items that do not have a Bios...

well bios=[] or bio=[] should work if you look in the bios key words you should see both for that field.

if not you can add key words

make sure you have the bios field also.

So I think I have figured out the problem... Kinda.

At home I'm running 9.1.243 and Win XP.
I can not see the Bios field anywere in the Properties, It's just not there.

At work, I'm running 2K and the same version of MJ.
I CAN see the Bios field??

Is there anybody out there (except Pink Floyd) that is running XP and can see the Bios field in properties with the most current build?

If so I will reinstall when I get home, If not......Can this be fixed?

Sorry buddy, I guess I just didn't understand:

"" well bios=[] or bio=[] should work if you look in the bios key words you should see both for that field.

if not you can add key words

make sure you have the bios field also.  ""

How can I add something to the properties menu? I thought when you selected Fileds to Show - All Categories, it would show it.

What am I doing wrong?

King's telling you to add it as a new field.  I don't understand why it isn't there unless you deleted it by mistake but you can add it via Tools>Options>Tree & View Settings>Add.
