Video Streaming to JRemote/Gizmo/UPNP pauses frequently

Hi,
I've been unable to complete watchin any videos recently. It started couple of public builds ago I think (currently 21.0.23). Sometimes I can watch something like 20 mnutes without problem but then video starts to pause frequently.

This is with my Nexus 10. LG G3 works fine using same WiFi network. I tried also with medium quality and it made no difference. Nexus 10 plays 1080i HDTV stream just fine when I'm using other UPnP server so it shouldn't be either computer or Nexus cpu issue... I've got i5 2500k and as I said it doesn't matter if I use high or medium quality profile. Files are local/server originated.

I seem to remember there was some Nexus fixes in Gizmo recently. Could this be related to that?
