I have tons of movies on my Network Attached Storage, and I have the folder they are stored in mapped as a drive on my computer. But I cannot add that drive letter/folder to JRiver for it to monitor or import into the library. any idea what I'm missing?

Thanks,

Ian

have you tried tools>options>Library&Folders>Configure Auto Import-then choose Add - then browse to your folder?

Thanks for the reply. Yes I tried that, only the local physical drives show up there, none of the mapped network drives do.

Thanks,

What is the network drive mapped to? Is it a drive letter or a UNC path?

Are you saying that you don't see that drive in MC when browsing for a library? But you do see that drive letter in Windows file explorer? Or ??
