It's available on the iPad too - you just have to disable the checkbox "for ipad only" ... as it's an iPhone version running on the iPad. Though works absolutely perfect!

I run a TS-251 and a TS-251+ only for music with different servers under tests (minimserver, asset upnp, etc...) and I run JRiver under a VM Windows 2012. I use JRemote as control point for JRiver.

I was excited to learn that JRiver was implemented on QNAP till i understood that it was under HD Station. My NAS are not connected to the TV through HDMI so today, in my configuration, HD Station is useless.

So the only solutions I found are :
>> to connect my NAS to HDMI in order to configure JRiver
>> find a way to connect through a VNC to HD Station in order to manage the configuration of JRiver ( I found that (http://forum.qnap.com/viewtopic.php?f=320&t=112420#p492163)  but not sure it works on TS-x51....
>> expect a package that is not working under HD Station in headless
>> Continue to use JRiver under VM Win 2012.

If you have any clues you are more than welcome !

HD Station is required. It's the environment we were asked to use for development of MC by QNAP.
MC isn't currently autostarting in mediaserver mode but that is doable. We will probably need to produce either an updated package or a second package to switch that on and off.

Will this become available for the HS-210?

Thanks!

Thank you for that info. Should we expect the updated/second package any time soon, or is that a big effort that will take some time?

It shouldn't be a huge deal so I'd expect that it won't be a big wait.
