Audio Toggle command Ctrl+Shift+L seems broken

It seems that the hotkey combination shift+ctrl+L doesn't no longer toggle the audio streams in the player ? Did others notice this?

The shortcut is sure set to toggle the DVD audio stream (MCC_DVD_SET_AUDIO_STREAM).

Well looking closer I don't see anything to actually handle MCC_DVD_SET_AUDIO_STREAM.  I have an email off to the team.
