blu ray play back after rip

I  am novice user, please go easy on me.  I can rip concert dvd and play back with no problem. I can rip blu ray concert but get a playback failed message. Any help accepted please.  I am using JRiver 21.

Do you have AnyDVD HD (or similar) installed?

It is unclear how you are ripping the BluRay discs.  MC can only rip and play back decrypted discs (which is what Jim was mentioning):
