Since I got my QNap NAS, I've put all my music and movies on it.
Made sure all folders are shared. The NAS is connected via Cat5 cable and I do not play files via Wi-Fi only via Cat5.

I'm running Windows 2012 Server with Audiophile Optimizer and Fidelizer Pro.
De-activating those two optimization tools does not help.

Sometimes a movie will play half through and freeze.
Sometimes a movie will play all the way through and only freeze when pressing the STOP button via Gizmo on my Android Tablet.
I get lots of lagging with some movie files.

Please see attached error when crashing occurs.
When crashing happens and I select"Close The Program", I often get a white screen, and I have to reboot the server from the hardON/OFF key/button. If there is not white screen, I cannot re-open MC21, when I look in Task Manager and try to stop the "tree process of MC21, I also can't stop it as if it still runs in the background? Again, I am forced to re-start the machine.

I tried re-installing MC21, no luck.
I don't run Anti-Virus sorfwares.
Fidelizer is set to allow Video and DLNA so all is good there too.

Other than that, playing high-res music or DSD files plays just fine.
I have a specific Zone for playing movies with the buffering on Kernel mode set to high to avoid any issues.

My entire house is running on Gigabit routers and products for the best stability.

Looking forward to some help?

We don't recommend any of that and don't support that OS at all.
