Upgrading normal license to master license!

I purchased MC21 for windows $49.98 last month.
Can I upgrade it to Master license? How?
I'd like to use it with my Mac also..

Thanks JimH, it help to me.
Another question.
If I upgrade to Mater License, can I use it same time on window and mac?
Or only one of them?

You can use a Master License on all your machines, all at the same time.
