What constitutes a "complete" album

I am missing some piece of information in my quest to "complete" all albums.  How I understand complete album is this:

The album name is the same for all tracks - and the album artist is the same.
Tracks are numbered consecutively
If multiple discs - or not - the disc numbering is consistent.

However, on a small fraction - less the 1/2% - of my albums - Album artist, Album, Disc, and tracks are all good and it stills call the album incomplete.

What am I missing?

The one you're probably hitting on those edge cases is the Folder rule.
