Can't purchase license

Greetings,

I'm having trouble purchasing a license for the JRiver software.  The program runs fine on my Mac but the webpage that processes credit card payment doesn't seem to be working.  Each time I submit my CC info for processing I get dumped back to the insert payment info screen with a generic message about there being a problem with my info.  I've tried every possible configuration of this info just to be sure that I'm not entering it incorrectly and at this point I'm sure that I'm not.  Not sure where to turn as there is no technical support contact info listed on the JRiver website.  Anyone had this issue and figured a workaround?

We're experiencing some technical difficulties.

Our bank switched something and it's causing us grief.  It could be like 48 hours before they switch us over like they need to.
