I have my cover art stored in the folder with the music as folder.jpg.  I have noticed that if I use the rename/move function and change the name of the folder that the music will move but the folder.jpg will stay behind in the old folder.

1. did you check the box "move all files in folder"
2. the tool will not move any files if they are imported into the library!

the best way around this, is to have an incoming folder that won't import anything but the audio files themselves, then when you move it into the main library the cover will go with it and then become imported like you want.

The folder.jpg's were imported and showing under Images. That is the problem. Has this always been this way? I don't remember having this issue before.  Thanks!

Yes. Since the Move all files option was added, it has always been that way.

You may have changed your Auto-Import settings. In particular, there is an Ignore Special Files selection available for each Watched Folder you add. If this is on, it shouldn't import folder.jpg and other common sidecar filenames. Or, you can de-select the Image filetypes, if you won't have any images you need imported show up in a particular folder.
