Rotating Images

Is the rotate function for images in MC looseless? I mean, when MC rotates an image, will that image be seen as rotated in another program. If not, how do u make the rotation permanent and readable to other progs?

It's lossless JPEG rotation.  It actually changes the file but does so without reencoding, so it's mathematically lossless.

Hope that makes sense.
