Had to reformat hard drive and reinstall my Windows 10 OS. I think when I bought the orig. license I was on window 8 and am now on 10.  Don't know if this is the cause of my problem

 
Have registration code but when I try to use, I get message license file is not valid for Media Center.  Do you wish to purchase an upgrade?  Havr already wasted 4.

I'm assuming you're trying to install the license for Media Center 21. It looks like you've been using the registration code for your Media Center 20 license. If you don't know your MC21 registration code, you can have it e-mailed to you by going here: https://rover.jriver.com/cgi-bin/restore.cgi and clicking on the e-mail link. Then, just make sure to use the e-mail you used when purchasing MC21.
