REQUEST: A "Songs" icon on JRemote

When selecting "Audio" from the side menu, can there be a "Songs" item added, to join the existing list: Artist, Album, Recent, Genre, Composer, Podcast, Highly Rated?

That side menu is controlled by the MC server you are connected to.  This is MC's way of letting you control the "Views" that remotes see.  You can alter those views as you like here:

Tools > Options > Media Network  > Advanced > Customize views for JRemote...

Note that the views you see there are NOT necessarily the same as the views you see in Standard View.  They can be copied from Standard View, but they will NOT UPDATE when you change the Standard View views.  These JRemote views are just copies; they are not linked to anything.

You can make a "songs" view however you want and then copy it to the section above.

Note that you must restart MC *and* JRemote before any JRemote view changes show up.
