Can't get DMG Equilbrium to work with MC21

I've signed up for the 2 week trial of DMG's Equilibrium .vst plugin, but every time I try to point the plugin manager at the .vst file (both mono and stereo), it just says "Failed to install Plugin"



Is there something I'm missing here?  I've even tried moving them to the plugin folder in the JRiver install directory and tried adding it from there to no avail. 

I'm running Windows 10 Professional x64 if that matters.

Make sure you have a 32-bit VST and not a 64-bit VST.

Yep that was it, I had it pointed at the 64bit one and not the 32 bit one.  Thanks!
